  1. Essential Qualification : (l) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or a relevant grade regarded as equivalent to 55% wherever grading system is followed by a recognized University  (ll) Ph.D. Qualification in concerned/allied/relevant discipline with evidence of published work and research  guidance. (lll) Associate Professor with a total experience of 15 years of teaching/research/administration in Universities/ Colleges and other  institution of higher education. (lV) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based on Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) For professors as developed by UGC in Regulations-2009
  2. Pay scale and service condition will be as per rules of UGC. Government of Maharashtra and North Maharashtra University. Jalgaon
  3. Candidates already in service should apply through proper channel. Application should reach the Undersigned within 15 days from the date of Publication of this advertisement along with necessary certificates and testimonials.
  4. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidate for interview.
  5. One copy of the Application may be sent to University (NMU) Jalgaon for information.
  6.  The post of Principal is a tenure Post. The appointment to the post of Principal is for five years.
  7.  A relaxation of 5%may be provided, from 55% to 50% of the marks to the Ph.D.Degree holders, who have passed there master’s degree Prior to  19thsept 1991. as per Rule of Government/UGC
